If you are traveling by car, start your journey towards Nandi Hills, which is approximately 60 kilometers from Bangalore. Use the Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway (NH 44) and take the exit towards Nandi Hills. Follow the signs to Nandi Hills and you will reach the base of the hill. From there, follow the winding road that leads to the top. Once you reach the top, Tipu's Drop is located near the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace. You can park at designated parking areas near the entrance.

To reach Tipu's Drop using public transportation, you can take a bus from Bangalore to Nandi Hills. Buses depart from the KR Market or Majestic Bus Station in Bangalore. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Nandi Hills, you can hire an auto-rickshaw or walk to reach Tipu's Drop. The auto-rickshaw fare may vary, so ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand or use a taxi service if available.
