Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Head southeast on the Srinagar-Jammu Highway (NH44). After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards Anantnag. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach the town of Anantnag. From Anantnag, follow signs to Pahalgam, which is around 12 km away. Once in Pahalgam, take the road to Aru Valley, about 12 km from Pahalgam.
