Continue until you reach Rose Street, take a right, and then a left onto River Road. Aspinwall House will be on your right side after a short walk.

If you are at the main bus station in Kochi, you can take an auto rickshaw to Fort Kochi. Inform the driver that you want to go to Aspinwall House on River Road, Fort Nagar.
