From Fort Kochi, you can also take a ferry from the Fort Kochi Jetty to Ernakulam. The ferry ride is scenic and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ernakulam Jetty, it is a short walk to High Court Junction where the Kochi Water Metro station is located.

For a more direct route, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Kochi. Just tell the driver to take you to 'High Court Junction, Marine Drive.' The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and you will be dropped off right at the Kochi Water Metro station.
