Walking
If you are starting from Fort Kochi, walk towards the main road, and catch a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Thoppumpady. The bus stop is located near the Fort Kochi beach. Take bus number 1 or 3 towards Ernakulam. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Thoppumpady stop. From there, walk towards the Cochin Port Trust (COPT) area, where you'll find the entrance to the COPT Avenue Walkway.

If you are in Ernakulam, head to the Ernakulam South Railway Station. Exit the station and look for auto-rickshaws or local buses that go to Thoppumpady. You can take bus number 3 or 12.
