Assuming you are in the main market area of Kohima, start at the Kohima Local Market. Head southwest towards the main road (NH 39) and then turn left onto NH 39. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction near the Police Headquarters. At the junction, take a right onto New Secretariat Rd. Walk for about 500 meters, and you will see the A. Z. Phizo Memorial located within the New Secretariat Complex on your left.
