Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the Kohima local bus station. Head southeast on National Highway 2 (NH2) towards the city center. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Kohima War Cemetery. Turn right onto the road that leads to the cemetery. After visiting the cemetery, continue along the same road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road that goes towards Dzuleke. You will see a sign indicating the direction to Dzuleke. From here, it is a steep uphill climb. Follow the signs and the trail for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Dzuleke.

  • Public Transport

    From the Kohima local bus station, take a shared taxi or a local bus heading towards Khuzama. Confirm with the driver that they will take you to Khuzama. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Khuzama, ask for directions to Dzuleke; you can either walk the remaining 5 kilometers or hire a local guide or a bike. If you choose to walk, follow the trail marked for Dzuleke, which will take you through some beautiful landscapes.
