If you are starting from the Kohima War Cemetery, exit the cemetery and head southeast on the road. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction at The Heritage. Turn left at the junction and walk for another 800 meters. You will see a sign for Tsütuo Baze. It will be on your right.
