Metro

If you are near the Park Street metro station, take the East-West metro line towards Salt Lake Sector V. Change at the Esplanade station to the North-South line towards Kavi Subhash. Get off at the Kalighat station. From there, exit the station and head north on Southern Avenue, then take a right onto Ashutosh Chowdary Avenue. Birla Mandir will be on your right.

Bus

Locate a bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Ballygunge. Look for buses numbered 30, 31, or 37. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Ballygunge. Once you get off, walk along Ashutosh Chowdary Avenue heading towards the north; Birla Mandir will be located at number 29 on your left.

Auto-Rickshaw

If you prefer a more direct route, find an auto-rickshaw. Tell the driver 'Birla Mandir, Ashutosh Chowdary Avenue, Ballygunge'. The driver will take you directly to the temple. It is a well-known landmark, so they should be familiar with the location.
