If you are traveling by car, start your journey from any point on the Konkan Coast and head towards Mumbai. Use the NH66 (formerly NH17) to travel north. Follow signs for Mumbai and merge onto the Mumbai-Pune Expressway (NH 48) if coming from further south. Once you reach Mumbai, take the exit towards Bandra and continue on the Western Express Highway. Get off at Mahim Junction and follow the signs to Mahim Beach. The beach is located at Plot no 8/8A, Mahim Reti Bunder, Mahim West. Parking may be available near the beach, but be prepared for potential parking fees.

Public Transportation - Train
For those using public transportation, take a local train from various points along the Konkan Coast to Mumbai. Board a train heading towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST) or Dadar. Once you arrive at Dadar Station, switch to the Western Line train towards Churchgate. Get off at Mahim Station. Exit the station and you can either take a rickshaw or walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Mahim Beach at Plot no 8/8A, Mahim Reti Bunder. Rickshaw fares should be around ₹30-₹50 depending on traffic.

Another option is to travel by bus. From any location in Konkan Coast, find a bus that takes you to Mumbai. Once you arrive in Mumbai, you can take a BEST bus that goes to Mahim. Buses such as the 314 or 337 will take you close to Mahim Beach. Make sure to check the latest bus schedules and routes as they may change. The bus fare is typically around ₹10-₹30 depending on the distance.
