If you're traveling by car, set your GPS to Nandivade, Maharashtra 415614. From a major city in the Konkan region like Ratnagiri, head towards NH66. Drive south on NH66 for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Jaigad. Follow the signs for Jaigad, and you'll come to a fork in the road. Take the left fork, leading you to Jaigad Fort. The lighthouse will be a short distance from the fort. Note that parking is available near the lighthouse.

To reach Jaigad via public transportation, take a bus from a nearby city like Ratnagiri to Jaigad. Buses run frequently, and the fare is typically around ₹50-₹100 depending on the distance. Once you arrive at the Jaigad bus stop, you can either walk for about 2 kilometers to the lighthouse or hire a local auto-rickshaw, which should cost around ₹30-₹50. The lighthouse is located near the Jaigad Fort, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.

If you are already in Jaigad, you can walk to the Jaigad Lighthouse. It’s approximately a 2-kilometer walk from the bus stop or Jaigad Fort. Simply follow the coastal road towards the lighthouse. Be mindful of the uneven terrain, and carry water and sun protection, as it can get quite hot.
