Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the city center of Mumbai. Head northwest on the Western Express Highway (NH 48) towards Borivali. After about 16 km, take the exit toward Borivali West. Continue on Link Road for approximately 2 km, then turn right onto Laxman Mhatre Rd. Follow Laxman Mhatre Rd for about 1 km, and you will reach the Mandapeshwar Caves, which will be on your left. Parking is available near the site.

Public Transportation
To reach Mandapeshwar Caves using public transportation, take a local train from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST) or any central station to Borivali station on the Western Line. Upon arriving at Borivali station, exit and take an auto-rickshaw or a taxi to Laxman Mhatre Rd, which is about 3 km away. Inform the driver you want to go to Mandapeshwar Caves. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you prefer buses, board a BEST bus heading towards Borivali West. You can catch these buses from various points in the city. Once you get to Borivali West, ask the conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Laxman Mhatre Rd. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the Mandapeshwar Caves. Just follow Laxman Mhatre Rd, and you will find the caves on your left.
