Car
From the main market area in Leh, head towards the Shanti Stupa Road. Drive straight for approximately 2 kilometers, following the signs for Shanti Stupa. The road is well marked and offers beautiful views along the way. Once you reach the entrance of Shanti Stupa, you will find Route Ladakh just a short walk away.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Catch a local bus from the main bus stand in Leh. Look for buses headed towards Shanti Stupa. The fare will be around ₹10-₹20. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, follow the road signs towards Shanti Stupa, and you'll find Route Ladakh just a short walk from there.
Taxi
Hire a taxi from any location in Leh. The fare from the main market area to Route Ladakh (Shanti Stupa area) will typically range from ₹100-₹300, depending on negotiation and time of day. The journey will take around 10-15 minutes. Ensure you show the driver the address: Shanti Stupa Road, Changspa Rd, Leh.
Walking
If you are staying near the Shanti Stupa or in the Changspa area, you can easily walk to Route Ladakh. Simply head towards the Shanti Stupa, which is a well-known landmark, and follow the path leading from there. The distance is roughly 1 kilometer, and it should take about 15-20 minutes on foot, offering a pleasant stroll with scenic views.
