Start from Leh's Main Market area, which is a central hub for tourists. Head east on the main road that leads out of the market. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Leh Palace. At the intersection, take a left turn. Follow this road uphill. You will pass several local shops and eateries. Keep walking until you see a sign for the Nawang Dorjay Stobdan Memorial Stupa. The stupa is located at coordinates 34.1498062, 77.5750637. It’s a short walk from here, and you will see the stupa on your left side as you approach.

If you are near the Shanti Stupa, you can walk to the Nawang Dorjay Stobdan Memorial Stupa. From the Shanti Stupa, walk back down towards the Leh Palace road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking. You will eventually come across the stupa along the way. This route will also provide you with beautiful views of the valley.
