Getting There

• Walking

  If you are already in Gomti Nagar, you can simply walk to the Gomti River. Start from the main road, Vikas Nagar Road, and head towards the Gomti Riverfront. Follow the signs towards the Gomti River which is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The river is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the center of Gomti Nagar. You will know you’re getting close when you see parks and open areas leading to the riverbank.

• Auto Rickshaw

  For a quicker option, you can take an auto rickshaw. Look for auto rickshaw stands nearby or hail one on the street. Tell the driver you want to go to the Gomti River near RXQ8+HW7, Lucknow. The ride will cost you around 50-100 INR depending on the distance and traffic conditions. The journey should take about 10 minutes, dropping you off near the riverfront.

• Cycle Rickshaw

  If you prefer a more local experience, consider taking a cycle rickshaw. These are available throughout Gomti Nagar. Negotiate the fare (usually between 30-80 INR) and ask the driver to take you to Gomti River near RXQ8+HW7. The cycle rickshaw will give you a leisurely ride, allowing you to take in the sights of Gomti Nagar while heading to the river.
