From Mahabaleshwar, head east on the NH 66 towards Poladpur. Continue for about 25 km until you reach the junction to the NH 66 and NH 48. Take the exit onto NH 48 towards Pune. After approximately 40 km, take the exit towards Khed Shivapur. Follow the signs for Khed Shivapur and continue on the local roads for about 8 km until you reach Khuleshwar Mandir. There is generally no toll on this route, but be prepared for possible fuel costs.

From Mahabaleshwar, take a local bus to Pune. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Buses are available at regular intervals from the main bus station.
