From the center of Vashisht, head towards the main road and take a left towards Old Manali. You'll pass by various cafes and shops. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Manu Temple Rd. Turn right onto Manu Temple Rd and follow it for approximately 1.5 km. You'll notice signs for Kharma Valley along the way. The path may be steep and winding, so wear comfortable shoes.

If you're looking for a more adventurous route, consider trekking from Vashisht to Kharma Valley. Start by taking the same route towards Old Manali but instead of heading directly to Manu Temple Rd, take the steep trail that leads uphill just before the main road turns.
