If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. Drive towards Nongstoin via NH6. After approximately 90 km, take a left turn onto SH4 towards Jowai. Continue on SH4 for about 32 km until you reach a small village near the cave entrance. The cave is located at coordinates 25.2757778, 91.5567454. Ensure you have a GPS or map app to help you navigate, as the signage may be limited.

For travelers using public transportation, take a shared taxi or bus from Shillong to Nongstoin. The journey generally takes around 3 hours. Upon reaching Nongstoin, look for local shared taxis heading towards Jowai. Inform the driver that you want to visit Krem Puri Cave, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, you might need to walk about 2 km to reach the cave entrance. Be prepared for some rough terrain.
