If you're traveling by car, start from Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. Head southwest on NH6 towards Nongstoin. The drive is approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach Nongstoin, take the road towards Nongkhnum and look for signs directing you to Kshaid Langshiang Waterfalls. The final stretch from Nongkhnum village to the waterfall involves a short trek, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

If you prefer public transport, take a shared taxi (also known as a 'sumo') from Shillong to Nongstoin. This will take about 2 hours. Once in Nongstoin, you can hire a local taxi or ask for a shared ride to Nongkhnum. It's advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand, which may cost around ₹500-₹700. The taxi will drop you off at the beginning of the trekking path leading to the waterfalls.

From the drop-off point in Nongkhnum, you'll need to trek for about 30-40 minutes to reach Kshaid Langshiang Waterfalls. The path may be a bit rugged, so ensure you have sturdy footwear.
