Head towards the NH6 and continue on this road for about 40 kilometers until you reach the Mawngap junction. From Mawngap, take a left turn at the junction towards Mawranglang. Follow the road for about 15 kilometers. The last stretch will lead you through some local villages, so keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Wah Rilang Falls. Your destination will be near the coordinates 25.3795625 latitude and 91.4031875 longitude. Ensure your vehicle is equipped for rough terrain as the last few kilometers may be on unpaved roads.

For those using public transportation, start from Shillong by taking a local bus or shared taxi to Mawngap. The bus fare will range from ₹50 to ₹100 depending on the service. Once you reach Mawngap, you can hire a local taxi to Mawranglang which should cost approximately ₹300-₹500. It's advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand. Upon reaching Mawranglang, ask the taxi driver to drop you off at a point closer to Wah Rilang Falls. Be prepared for a short trek (about 1-2 kilometers) to reach the falls from the drop-off point.
