I had the privilege of experiencing Mumbai through an LGBTQ-friendly city tour with Rahil Khan — and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had while traveling. It honestly felt like we had been friends for years from the moment we met. There are some people you encounter while traveling who leave a permanent imprint on your heart. Rahil is one of those people. I know without question that when I return to Mumbai, I will reach out to him again. Not simply because he was an incredible guide — but because he is a beautiful soul and someone whose presence made this enormous city feel human, warm, and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and book with someone who will not only show you a city, but who will truly see your humanity and recognize you in your fullness. Rahil is a gift, and spending a day exploring Mumbai with him was one of the greatest gifts of my journey.

Tourist sights of South Mumbai

Great way to see the sights of Mumbai. Rahil was very accommodating and took us to see the tourist sights we had shortlisted. He's a lovely, knowledgeable guide and eager to make sure we were safe, happy and enjoying the excursion. We ate lunch at Cafe Metro and enjoyed a delicious curry accompanied by fleshly made garlic butter naan. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Mumbai for the 1st time.
