From Munnar, head south on NH183 towards Bodinayakanur. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the junction for Kottagudi. Turn left onto the road leading to Kottagudi. After approximately 10 km, you will reach Kottagudi village. From here, follow the signs to Kolukkumalai Tea Estate. The road becomes a steep and narrow path, so drive carefully. The estate is located at an elevation of about 2,200 meters, so be prepared for some breathtaking views along the way.

Start by taking a local bus from Munnar to Bodinayakanur, which will take around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Bodinayakanur bus station, you can hire a taxi or an auto-rickshaw to Kottagudi.
