If you're traveling by car, start from Guwahati, Assam. Take National Highway 27 (NH27) towards Nagaon. After approximately 140 km, take the exit towards NH15 at Morigaon. Continue on NH15 until you reach the town of Bokakhat. From Bokakhat, head towards Kakochang Waterfall by following the signs to Kaziranga National Park. The waterfall is located about 15 km from Bokakhat. Follow the road to Diffloo Grant, where you will find the waterfall. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rural roads as the last stretch may involve bumpy terrain.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Guwahati to Bokakhat. Buses leave regularly from the Guwahati Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT). The journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Bokakhat, you can hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to take you to Kakochang Waterfall, which is about 15 km away. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. Expect to pay around INR 300-500 for the taxi ride.
