Car
If you're driving, start from Navi Mumbai. Take the Sion-Panvel Expressway (NH 66) towards Uran. After around 20 km, take the exit towards Uran. Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach Uran. Once you are in Uran, follow local signs or GPS to reach VW8P+Q9R, Mhatwali, where Dronagiri Fort is located. Parking may be available near the fort entrance.
Public Transportation (Train & Auto Rickshaw)
From your location in Northern Plains, take a train to Panvel Railway Station. Once at Panvel, exit the station and take an auto-rickshaw to Uran. The fare for an auto-rickshaw from Panvel to Uran is approximately ₹150-₹200. Upon reaching Uran, you can hire another auto-rickshaw to take you to VW8P+Q9R, Mhatwali, which is about 5 km away from Uran. The total travel time should be around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic.
Public Transportation (Bus & Auto Rickshaw)
You can take a local bus from various parts of Navi Mumbai to Uran. Buses frequently run to Uran, and the fare is about ₹30. Once you arrive at Uran, take an auto-rickshaw to VW8P+Q9R, Mhatwali, which should cost around ₹100-₹150. This option may take longer due to bus schedules and waiting times, so plan accordingly.
