If you are traveling by car, head towards Karar in Bihar. Use the GPS coordinates 24.8323, 83.5300 to navigate directly to Telhar Waterfall. From Bhabhua, take the Bhabhua - Adhaura Road (also known as NH119) and continue for approximately 15 km. You will see signs for the waterfall as you approach. There is parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Telhar Waterfall via public transportation, take a bus from major towns in the Northern Plains, such as Bhabhua or Kaimur. You can catch a bus heading towards Karar. Once you arrive at Karar, you may need to take a local auto-rickshaw to the waterfall, which is about 5 km away. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The auto-rickshaw ride should cost around ₹100-₹150.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity and prefer to walk, from the nearest bus stop in Karar, follow the Bhabhua - Adhaura Road towards the waterfall. It is about a 5 km walk, which should take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, but make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
