Bus
From the center of Panaji, head towards the Kadamba Bus Stand located near the Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception. Take a local bus heading towards Margao or Chandor. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Be sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Chandor. Once you arrive in Chandor, follow the main road until you see the signs pointing to Chandor village.
Rickshaw
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a rickshaw from anywhere in Panaji. Simply ask the driver to take you to Chandor. This will provide you with a more personal experience and will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey.
Walking from Chandor Bus Stop
Once you arrive at the Chandor bus stop, exit and head south on the main road. Walk straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the heart of Chandor village. You will find local landmarks such as the Chandor Church and beautiful Portuguese houses along the way. Keep an eye out for directional signs or locals who can guide you if needed.
