    If you are starting from the Panaji Bus Stand, head south on Dr. R. D. Salkar Rd towards the intersection with 31 de Janeiro Rd. Continue straight for about 500 meters. You will pass by the Municipal Market on your left. Once you reach the intersection with 31 de Janeiro Rd, turn left. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will see the entrance to Fontainhas on your right. Look for the colorful buildings and narrow streets that characterize this heritage quarter.
