Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Panaji Bus Stand, exit the bus station and head towards the main road, Dr. R. P. Road. Turn left and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and eateries along the way. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the main road, where you will see a sign for the Patto Centre. Turn right at this junction and follow the road for around 400 meters. You will see the entrance to the Mangrove Boardwalk on your left, located within the Patto Centre area.

    If you are near the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in Panaji, start by heading down the hill towards the Municipal Garden. From the garden, proceed towards the Municipal Market. Once at the market, head towards the main road and turn left onto Dr. R. P. Road. Walk for approximately 800 meters, and then take a right at the junction towards Patto Centre. The Mangrove Boardwalk entrance will be on your left after walking another 400 meters.

    For those starting from the Miramar Beach area, you can take a local bus from the Miramar Bus Stop to the Panaji Bus Stand. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Panaji Bus Stand, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Mangrove Boardwalk.
