Walking
If you are in Panaji's city center, start at the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. From there, head south on 18th June Road towards the Kamat Holiday Homes. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Dr. A. B. S. S. Road. Walk along this road until you reach the Dona Paula junction. Turn left onto Raj Bhavan Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. Raj Bhavan will be on your left, marked by a large gate.
Public Bus
You can catch a local bus from the Panaji Bus Stand. Look for buses heading towards Dona Paula. Once you board, inform the conductor that you want to get off at Raj Bhavan. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. After disembarking, walk back a short distance on Raj Bhavan Road, and you will arrive at your destination on the left side.

Find an auto rickshaw from any point in Panaji. Tell the driver you want to go to Raj Bhavan on Raj Bhavan Road in Dona Paula. The ride should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of Raj Bhavan.
