Start your journey at Pune's Shivaji Nagar Bus Station. Take the bus heading towards 'Maval'. You need to ask for the bus that specifically goes to the Bedse Caves or nearby Maval area. The buses are usually well-marked, and asking locals will help. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to Bedse Caves. From the bus stop, you may need to walk for about 15 minutes uphill to reach the caves. Ensure you have a map or GPS to guide you on foot.

Rickshaw
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from any location in Pune. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to 'Bedse Caves, Maval'. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. Auto-rickshaws may not be able to take you right up to the caves, so you might have to walk a short distance once you arrive in the vicinity. Confirm the driver knows the exact location.

Train and Walk
For a unique experience, you can take a local train from Pune to the nearest station to Bedse Caves. Board the train to 'Lonavala' from Pune Junction. Once you arrive at Lonavala station, you can take a local bus or a shared auto-rickshaw towards Maval. Ask to be dropped off at the closest point to Bedse Caves. From there, you will need to walk approximately 30 minutes uphill to reach the caves.
