If you are in Shivajinagar, you can easily walk to Laal Mahal. Start at Shivaji Nagar Bus Station. Head south on Shivaji Nagar Road towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Once you reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road, turn left and walk for another 300 meters. Laal Mahal will be on your right, located in Durvankur Society, Kasba Peth.
Rickshaw
For a quicker option, you can take an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Shivajinagar. Simply tell the driver 'Laal Mahal' or provide the address: 'Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Rd, Durvankur Society, Kasba Peth, Pune.' The fare should be around ₹30-₹50 depending on your pickup point and traffic conditions. Ensure you have some cash, as not all rickshaws accept digital payments.
Local Bus
You can also take a local bus from Shivajinagar. Look for buses heading towards Kasba Peth area. Board the bus and inform the conductor that you want to get off at Laal Mahal. The bus fare is typically around ₹10-₹20. After getting off, walk a short distance towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road and you will find Laal Mahal.
