Car
From Puri city center, head southeast on Grand Road (also known as Bada Danda). Continue for about 8 km until you reach the intersection with the Konark-Puri Marine Drive Road. Turn left onto this road. After around 3 km, you will see signs for Harachandi Road. Turn right onto Harachandi Road and continue for approximately 1.5 km. The temple will be on your right at the address QM5V+3MR, Harachandi Rd, Narasinghpatana, Sipasurubili. Parking is available near the temple.

From Puri, take a local bus heading towards Konark. These buses frequently leave from the Puri Bus Stand. Inform the conductor that you wish to get off at Narasinghpatana.
