Serene Views at the Ganga River View Point

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the iconic Laxman Jhula Bridge. From the bridge, head towards the east along the Ganga River bank. Continue walking along the river, passing by several small cafes and shops. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the Geeta Bhavan area. Look for the signposts that guide you to the Ganga River View Point, which is located at 48C7+C5J, Geeta Bhavan Rd No.3. The view point is situated a little uphill, so you may need to take a small climb. Enjoy the serene views of the Ganga River from this vantage point.

• Auto-rickshaw

  From any location in Rishikesh, take an auto-rickshaw to Geeta Bhavan Road No.3 in Swarg Ashram. Inform the driver to drop you near the Ganga River View Point. Once you arrive, you can follow the signs to the viewpoint, which is a short walk uphill from the road. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride.

• Cycle

  If you're renting a bicycle, start from the main market area of Rishikesh. Head towards the Laxman Jhula Bridge and cross it. After crossing, take a left and continue following the road that runs along the Ganga River. Keep pedaling for about 15 minutes until you reach the Geeta Bhavan area. Park your bicycle safely and walk towards the viewpoint, which is located at 48C7+C5J, Geeta Bhavan Rd No.3, a short uphill walk from the road.
