If you are in the heart of Rishikesh, start at the Triveni Ghat. Head north along the Ganga River for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Laxman Jhula Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight. After crossing, take a left at the first intersection onto Muni Ki Reti Road. Walk for about 1 kilometer, passing several shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for Kailash Gate on your right; Madhuban Ashram is located just before the Ram Jhula bridge.
Auto-Rickshaw
From anywhere in Rishikesh, you can easily hire an auto-rickshaw. Simply tell the driver 'Madhuban Ashram' or 'Kailash Gate, Muni Ki Reti.' The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at Kailash Gate, and the Ashram entrance will be nearby.
