After crossing the bridge, take a right onto the road leading towards the hills. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Happy Valley. Turn left and continue walking straight for another 1 kilometer. Dalai Hill will be on your left. Look for the sign indicating the entrance.
Auto-rickshaw
From Laxman Jhula, find an auto-rickshaw stand. Take an auto-rickshaw to 'Happy Valley', and make sure to mention 'Dalai Hill' to the driver. The ride will take about 15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Happy Valley, the auto-rickshaw can drop you near the entrance to Dalai Hill.
Local Bus
Head to the local bus stop near Laxman Jhula. Look for a bus heading towards Mussoorie or Happy Valley. Get off at the stop closest to Happy Valley. From there, you can either walk for about 10-15 minutes or hire a local auto-rickshaw to take you to Dalai Hill.
