If you are in Shimla, head towards The Mall Road. This is a popular pedestrian area. From The Ridge, walk towards the direction of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. Continue straight towards the end of The Mall, where you will see the Monumental National Flag at 453F+WRF, Ridge, The Mall, Shimla. The flag is hard to miss due to its size and prominence. It is located on a slightly elevated area, so you may need to walk up some steps. The entire walk from The Ridge should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
