If you are at The Mall, which is a popular area in Shimla, head towards the southern end of The Mall road. Walk past the Mall Road shops and eateries until you reach the end where the road slightly descends. Continue walking straight until you see the entrance to the Ridge. The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Statue is located at 453F+XQ7, Ridge, which is a short walk from this point. Look for the large statue on your right as you enter the Ridge area.

Start at Shimla Railway Station and exit the station. Head left and walk down to the main road. Take a right on the main road and continue walking until you reach The Mall.
