Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes, and you will see the Ice Skating Rink on your right. It is located near the famous wooden market.

From any point in Shimla, you can take a local bus to Lakkar Bazar. Look for buses heading towards Lakkar Bazar or the Old Bus Stand. Once you alight at Lakkar Bazar, walk straight for about 5 minutes. The Ice Skating Rink will be on your left. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long.
