There’s no other way I can say it. This company is truly the best. Honest, hard-working and bent over backwards to please us and accommodate any special request. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair. Their guides are very knowledgeable and flexible and their drivers are excellent. The best guides anywhere in India. They knew where to stop for the ultimate photo ops and observations. We did stop. They were very knowledgeable about the location. We were fortunate enough to see. Example: the Grand waterfallAnd the best guides in the world and the best tour company in the world. On top of that, they’re very nice friendly people who are easy to get along with very knowledgeable They tailored our tour on the fly to get do things special such as meeting with the Tea plantation general manager after hours to get a Birdseye view of the facility and information that almost no one else gets. The hotels made sure we got the best rooms because Ardash negotiated that with them. everything went like clockwork with no hitch. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day tour and we also thoroughly enjoyed making great friends in Sikkim. It was a privilege doing business with them and being on their tour.

Amazing Sikkim, Pelling & Darjelling

Travellers who have motion sickness and don't like long journeys by car are strictly advised Not To travel. You should set aside 10 days to visit East Sikkim (Gangtok), North Sikkim, Pelling and Darjeeling. It takes minimum 6 to 7 hours to move from Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok, 7 hours from Gangtok to Pelling and 4 hours from Pelling to Dargeling. 3 hours from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport. Roads are very small and conditions are very bad till Sikkim starts. For North Sikkim, 2 nights 3 days is minimum duration set by government. Nathu pass is only closed on Mondays. Avoid sightseeing on Thursday in Dargeling as Dargeling Zoo and 2 points within Zoo are closed. Don't Travel in rainy season from June to first week of October if you want to see Kanchenjunga view and avoid any inconvenience. 1 days sight seeing in Pelling, Darjeeling and 2 days in Gangtok is sufficient. People in all 3 places are helpful and nice. Book hotels which are nearby MG Road in Gangtok and Mall Road in Dargeling and nearby taxi stand in Pelling. Hotel Summit Residency is good in all 3 places. Only difference is it is little far in Pelling (9 km from taxi stand) and Darjeeling (2 km from Mall road) Darjeeling train tickets are costly but if you still want to Travel, suggest taking Rs 1000 train ticket of Disel as you can see Steam Engine train a 5 minutes ahead than Disel train and both of them stand at Ghoom station.
