If you are driving, start from the center of Tarkarli. Head Southeast on the Tarkarli-Malvan Road (NH66) and follow the signs towards Malvan. Continue on this road for about 8 kilometers until you reach the fork at Malvan. Keep left to stay on NH66, and follow the signs for 'Wairy Ubhatwadi Beach.' After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign indicating a turnoff for Wairy Ubhatwadi Beach. Turn right onto the dirt road and continue for another 1 kilometer. You will reach the beach where you can park your car nearby.
Public Transportation (Auto Rickshaw)
From the main Tarkarli beach area, you can easily find auto rickshaws that can take you to Wairy Ubhatwadi Beach. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The distance is approximately 10 kilometers, and the ride should cost around ₹200-₹300. The rickshaw will take you along the same route as cars do, dropping you off at the beach entrance.
Public Transportation (Bus)
If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, you can take a local bus from Tarkarli to Malvan. Board a bus heading to Malvan from the bus stand in Tarkarli. The fare is usually around ₹15-₹30. Upon reaching Malvan, you can either walk to the beach, which is about 2 kilometers from the bus stop, or catch an auto rickshaw for a small fee. Ensure to confirm the bus timings as they may vary.
