Continue for about 15 km until you reach Saikar Bazar. From there, follow the signs to Tuisoi Waterfall. The last stretch involves navigating through a small dirt road leading into the Longtarai Reserve Forest. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for such terrain, or consider parking at Saikar Bazar and hiring a local vehicle for the forest route.

To reach Tuisoi Waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Agartala to Kumarghat. Buses depart frequently, and the journey takes around 3 hours. Once in Kumarghat, you can take a local share taxi or auto-rickshaw to Saikar Bazar. The fare for the auto-rickshaw should be around ₹100-₹150. From Saikar Bazar, you can either walk or hire a local vehicle to navigate the narrow dirt road leading into Longtarai R.F. The local vehicle fare may range from ₹300-₹500, depending on negotiation.
