From the city center of Trivandrum, head to the Thampanoor Bus Station. Take a bus heading towards Varkala or Anchuthengu. Ensure to confirm with the bus conductor that the bus stops at Anchuthengu. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you reach the Anchuthengu bus stop, disembark and walk towards the coast; the Anjengo Light House is a short 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the road signs or ask locals for directions to the lighthouse.

Auto Rickshaw
From the city center or your hotel in Trivandrum, hire an auto rickshaw to take you directly to Anjengo Light House. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to mention 'Anchuthengu Light House' to the driver. They are generally familiar with the location. Upon arrival, you will be right at the entrance of the lighthouse area.

Travel to the nearest railway station, Trivandrum Central, and take a train heading towards Varkala or Kollam. Get off at the Anchuthengu railway station. From the station, it is about a 20-minute walk to the lighthouse. You can ask for directions from locals, or use your smartphone for navigation.
