From the Trivandrum Central Bus Station, board a bus heading towards Kovalam. Look for buses that say 'Kovalam' or 'Vizhinjam' on their front. The frequency of buses is quite high, approximately every 15-30 minutes. After about 30-40 minutes, you will reach the Vizhinjam Bus Stop. Disembark here.

From the Vizhinjam Bus Stop, head north on Harbour Road. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes. You will pass by local shops and eateries. Look for the Lighthouse Road on your right. Turn onto Lighthouse Road, and you will find the Sagarika Marine Research Aquarium on your left side, just before reaching the beach area.

After reaching the Vizhinjam Bus Stop, you can also opt for an auto-rickshaw. Simply ask for a ride to the Sagarika Marine Research Aquarium, which is a well-known landmark. The journey should take about 5-10 minutes, and you will be dropped off directly at the entrance of the aquarium.
