If you are near Fateh Sagar Lake, you can walk to Manji ka Mandir. Head south along the lakeside path until you reach the main road. Then, turn right onto Candpole Road. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see the temple on your left. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
