Walk
If you are starting from the City Palace, head east on Fateh Prakash Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Fatehsagar Lake. Turn left and follow the lakeside road towards the north. Keep walking along the lakeside until you spot Sukhadia Circle on your right. The statue is located in the center of the circle.

From the Jagdish Temple, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Sukhadia Circle. Tell the driver 'Sukhadia Circle' or show them the address: Panchwati, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off right at the entrance of the circle.
