If you are starting from Varanasi Junction Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast on Station Road. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the Godowlia Road. Turn left onto Godowlia Road and continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach Dashashwamedh Ghat. From there, proceed to walk towards the Kashi Vishalakshi Temple, which is about a 15-minute walk from the ghat. The temple is located at Lahori Tola, near Ganpati Guest House, and you will see signs directing you to the temple.
