From anywhere in Varanasi, you can take an auto rickshaw to Sarnath. Simply ask the driver to take you to the Tibetan Temple in Sarnath. The ride should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Sarnath, you can ask the driver to drop you off near the main entrance, from where the temple is just a 10-minute walk.
Cycle Rickshaw
Cycle rickshaws are a common mode of transport in Varanasi. You can find one at most busy areas or markets. Request the rickshaw puller to take you to Sarnath and specify the Tibetan Temple as your destination. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and once you reach Sarnath, the temple is a short walk from where the rickshaw drops you off.
