If you're in the city center of Varanasi, head towards the Banaras Hindu University (BHU). From the main gate of BHU, take the road that leads towards Sarnath. Continue straight on this road for about 7 km until you reach the Sarnath area. Look for signposts directing you to the Chaukhandi Stupa. Once you approach Sarnath, the stupa is located just off Rishpattan Road, marked with signs. Follow the signs and you should arrive at the stupa.
