Getting There

• Walking

  From the main entrance of the Simhachalam temple, head south on the main road until you reach the junction. At the junction, take a left turn onto the road leading up the hill. Continue walking straight for about 1.2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signposts directing you to 'Simhachalam View Point'. The path will incline as you approach your destination. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven.

• Public Transportation (Auto-rickshaw)

  If you prefer not to walk, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from the vicinity of the Simhachalam temple. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Simhachalam View Point'. The fare should be approximately ₹100-₹150 depending on the driver and traffic conditions. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the viewpoint, as auto-rickshaws may not be able to drive all the way due to the narrow paths.

• Trekking

  For those looking for an adventurous route, you can trek from the base of the hill where the Simhachalam temple is located. Follow the marked trekking paths that ascend towards the viewpoint. This trek is approximately 2 kilometers long and may take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. Ensure you have sufficient water and wear appropriate trekking gear. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
