Turn left onto S Rangeline Rd and continue walking for approximately 0.7 miles. The entrance to Rangeline Nature Preserve will be on your right at 1200 S Rangeline Rd.

Starting from the Anderson Farmers Market at 101 E 5th St, head south on S Main St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto W 8th St. Continue for 0.3 miles and turn left onto S Rangeline Rd. Follow S Rangeline Rd for about 1 mile, and you will find Rangeline Nature Preserve on your right at 1200 S Rangeline Rd.
